Welcome to Walkies & Wags Dog Services! By using our dog walking and pet sitting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking or using our services.

Services Provided

Walkies & Wags Dog Services offers professional dog walking and pet sitting services. These services include:

• Dog walking (solo or group walks)

• Dog sitting (in-home care for pets while you are away)

• Additional services such as feeding, administering medications, and other care as requested

By booking these services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Booking and Payment

All bookings for dog walking and pet sitting must be made in advance or very rarely on the day if space is free. Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include Debit Card, bank transfer or Cash.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made with at least 24 hours notice for dog walking services and pet sitting. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for services rendered.

If you need to reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, Walkies & Wags Dog Servicesis not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during dog walking, pet sitting, or any other services we provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your pet is in good health and able to participate in our services. If your pet has any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special needs, please notify us in advance.

Health and Safety

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your pet’s health, behavior, and any special care requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and temperament. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of services.

We reserve the right to refuse care for pets that are deemed unsafe to handle due to aggression, medical conditions, or other factors.

Access to Your Property

For pet sitting services, you agree to provide access to your property, including a key or alarm code (if necessary) for the duration of the service. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your home during our visits. If we cannot gain access 100% of our service fee will apply.

Behavior and Conduct

You agree to ensure that your pet is well-behaved and that any dangerous or aggressive behavior is disclosed prior to booking services. In cases where your pet demonstrates behavior that poses a risk to itself, other pets, or our staff, we reserve the right to discontinue the service immediately. No refund will be provided for incomplete services under these circumstances.

Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency (such as a medical condition or injury), we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If immediate medical attention is required, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. You will be responsible for any medical fees incurred during such situations.
